At YapYap Sushi, we focus on prime sushi made with respect for the fish and precision in preparation. We work with fresh local catch, prepared daily, and keep flavors clean and balanced so the ingredients can speak for themselves.
Our menu is inspired by Japanese technique, shaped by the Indian Ocean, and refined for guests who appreciate good sushi done properly — from sashimi cut minutes before serving to carefully rolled maki and simple nigiri.
